Please use the following guidelines when submitting digital artwork:
To produce the best quality prints artwork should be in the following formats; .psd, .eps, .tif, .jpg, or .bmp. Using professional programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator will produce the best resolution and clarity.
Artwork resolution must be at least 300 dpi. Low-resolution files will look pixilated and/or fuzzy when printed.
When using one of our templates, please be sure to keep your finished artwork on a separate layer. This means your file must have at least 2 layers. This will help us to adjust your artwork if there is a conflict with printing.
Experienced designers; if you are sending a file with multiple layers please be sure to rasterize your text.
In Illustrator you may convert text to outlines.
If your artwork bleeds (overflow of color), you must create 1/4″ of bleed past the template guides.
Please include a printout of your artwork with your disk. This is especially important for color artwork.
